Our application process is simple but may take some time. We are only accepting applications right now and will contact parents upon receipt of completed applications. Please follow these instructions.
1. Choose your form type(s)
2. Complete applications and return them by mail to our mailing address listed on the application
3. Registration forms must contain registration fee (refundable) to hold your child(rens) space(s)
4. Applications will receive acceptance letters or wait list placement. This is first response first placed. You may request a refund of your registration fee and forfeit your place on the wait list or you can stay on the list. If you refund and forfeit, you will need to reapply again, as other parents are on the wait list as well.
5. All accepted children will receive an open house invitation for parents to come and tour our Academy.
6. During the tour, there will be a short survey to fill out. Parents choosing the Academy will be sent an email that contains a time for paperwork to be completed and a contract for the child(rens) start date.
7. Upon contract completion, tuition will be due for the first month. Thereafter parents are able to choose the tuition payment time frame of their choice. Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
